Like people, some houses are born entertainers. Knowing everyone ends up in the kitchen anyway, we designed The Gianna with that in mind. Shiplap on the front of the island, a big farm sink, quartz tops & a huge, decked out pantry with coffee bar all combine to make the kitchen the center of attention. Family Room doesn't take a back seat either, showing off its linear fireplace with porcelain tile, reclaimed walnut mantle & custom metal stair railing. To turn the party up a notch, head down to the finished lower level & pull up a chair at the wet bar. Rather than simply doing what's been done, we challenged our design team to come up with a home designed for life while also setting it apart from others. A few thoughtful details include walnut barn door, shiplap drop zone & a Master Suite featuring a free-standing soaker tub. When paired with Mid-Century architecture this home can party with the best of them or be your own private retreat.
