Our design team blended classic mid-century modern architecture, with natural light and functional space to create a high performance living experience perfect for empty nesters and smaller families.

As you enter, the sun-drenched living room and four-sided fireplace welcomes you into an open layout that connects the kitchen and dining areas. The master suite is connected to the walk-in closet, laundry room and drop zone, which circles back to the kitchen. On the other side of the main level you’ll find another spacious room at the front of the house paired with it’s own full bathroom, as well as, the stairway that’s artfully tucked behind the fireplace. The massive lower level features more large windows, a wet bar, two more bedrooms, another full bathroom and a plenty of space for storage.

For the exterior of the home, we offer a number of different architectural options. From a mid-century modern feel, a prairie-style vibe, a traditional elevation or our latest, a farmhouse-style. There’s something for everybody. In the back, your covered deck provides more space to enjoy with family and friends, with more options based on the specific lot.
